Good Meat project series

The Good Meat Project is on a mission to catalyze marketplace innovation, connection, and education across the meat supply chain in order to increase the economic viability and ecological impact of livestock farmers who invest in healthy land, animals, and people.

We worked with them to create a content series focused on how at home chefs can braise, grill, roast and sauté the meat they buy in bulk at their local farmers market.

We’ve shared our expertise in culinary arts, agriculture, and ecology by participating in engaging discussions and expert panels for organizations like the 92nd Street Y, TEDx, The New York Botanical Garden, Rodale Institute, Georgia Organics, Culinary Institute of America, and more.
